Halloween BLACKOUT Bingo

1. Must complete the entire card (BLACKOUT)

2. Each item/box must be at a different address

3. Write down just the numbers (ie: 13965) you do not need the street name

4. Take a picture or scan your completed card and email it to info@cherrywoodpark3.org

5. Goodie bags will be delivered each week - be sure to write YOUR address on the card.

a. If more than one child, be sure to list all children in the home.

There will be three (1st, 2nd, 3rd) winners announced on October 27th, each getting a prize and sign in their yard for Halloween night!

One vote per email only, please.

Must be a CWP3 home.

The winning home must be current on HOA dues.
