Christmas/Holiday Community Bingo

Christmas BLACKOUT Bingo

1.     Must complete the entire card (BLACKOUT)

2.     Each item/box must be at a different address

3.     Write down just the #'s (ie: 13965) you do not need the street name

4.     Take a picture or scan your completed card and email it to info@cherrywoodpark3.org

5.     Goodie bags will be delivered each week - be sure to write YOUR address on the card.

 If more than one child, be sure to list all children in the home.
